Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for purchasing the Premium Plan at UK Quiz Game.

1. Digital Products

Since our products (Quiz Access, Notes, Test Series) are digital and instantly activated upon payment, we generally do not offer refunds once the service has been used or accessed.

2. Double Payment Issue

If you have been charged twice for the same transaction due to a technical error, we will refund the extra amount. Please contact us with both transaction screenshots.

3. Technical Failure

If you made a payment but the Premium features were not unlocked within 24 hours, you can request a refund or manual activation.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund for valid reasons, please email us at support@ukquizgame.online or WhatsApp us with:

• Registered Mobile Number
• Payment Screenshot / UTR Number
• Reason for Refund

5. Processing Time

Valid refund requests will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited back to the original payment method.
